Full registration ($105) includes a Conference Program booklet and goody bag, admission to the Expo Premiere Opening, and qualifies registrants to enroll in classes and events offered throughout the week (Monday through Saturday). Individual fees for optional classes and events are not included in registration.

PARTIAL registration ($85) is available for those who cannot attend the entire Conference. Partial registration entitles attendees to three days, plus the Thursday morning premiere opening of the Expo (8-10am). ONE-DAY registration ($45) is available in advance and on-site. You may register in advance to enroll in one-day classes and events. When you register, please indicate your specific day(s) of interest. Individual fees for optional classes and events are not included in registration.

FREE Expo admission for unregistered Conference attendees on Thursday (Premiere opening excluded 8-10am), Friday and Saturday. Expo is open to the public on Thursday from 10am-6pm, Friday from 10am-5pm, and Saturday from 9am-2pm. Enjoy great discounts from retailers! Conference Volunteer Form...

Conference is a joyful place to gather, learn, and play thanks to the hard work of our dedicated volunteers! Once you’ve registered for Conference and know your schedule, complete and return the volunteer form to the address listed.  Volunteers who work at least five hours will be entered in a drawing for original painted pieces created and provided by members.  SDP has also received a cash donation to give as a prize to the Volunteer of the Year.  Share your time and talents and make some new friends along the way. All volunteers will receive a limited edition charm! Thank you for contributing to the success of Conference!

Parking...

The Century II Convention Center offers metered parking for a minimal daily charge, but no overnight parking is provided.  Overnight parking will be provided free to registered guests at the Hyatt Regency Wichita.

Shuttles to Conference Hotel...

A complimentary airport shuttle is available from the Hyatt Regency Wichita. Once your flight is booked, the shuttle must be pre-booked with the Hyatt Regency letting them know of your arrival time.  The phone number to call within 48 hours of your arrival is (316) 293-1234. 

The Wichita Mid-Continent Airport is approximately 7 miles from the Hyatt Regency; a 10-15 minute drive. Shuttle pick-up is located in the taxi area of the airport.

Electric Scooter Rental...

Please contact the companies below to receive information on renting a scooter. There is a very limited amount of scooters available so please make your reservations quickly. It will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
