2012 SDP Foundation Drawing

Four beautiful pieces have been selected specifically for this drawing. Win one of these original painted items. Drawing tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5. Tickets are item specific. Mail in your tickets by May 1, 2012, or purchase your tickets on-site by the Membership Booth. The drawing will be held Friday, May 18, 2012 at the SDP 40th Anniversary Party. You do not need to be present to win, but we would love for you to be there! Members and non-members are welcome to enter.

Make checks payable to SDP Foundation, and mail to SDP Foundation Drawing, 393 N. McLean Blvd., Wichita, KS 67203-5968. Mailed tickets must be postmarked by May 1, 2012.

In Kansas, the state in which SDP is headquartered, state law requires that all contributions are strictly voluntary. Individuals are under no obligation to make a contribution and may not be banned from participation if they choose not to make a donation. Fill out a form for each ticket you wish to enter.
