We will again be having a drawing at the Certification Booth for original items painted by some of our talented CDAs and MDAs! Many marvelous artists have agreed to donate a piece. We hope to have over 25 pieces and pictured here are just a few.
This drawing has been a success in past years and we wanted to give you a head start on purchasing your tickets. The drawing will be held on Friday, May 18th, 2012 at the Certification Booth at SDP’s 40th Annual Conference and Expo. You do not need to be present to win, but we would love for you to be there! Drawing tickets are $1 each or six for $5. If mailing your tickets, please postmark by May 1, 2012. Tickets will also be available for purchase on-site.
Download and copy the drawing ticket as many times as you would like and fill out each ticket you wish to submit. Mail the ticket along with payment by May 1, 2012 to: SDP Certification Drawing, 393 N McLean Blvd, Wichita, KS 67203-5968
